• Items may be returned for any reason within 10 Days after the invoice date.
• All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, or $50 whichever is greater
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned products must be in original condition as shipped with all included materials.
• Parts that have been tampered with, or have had their labels tampered with, and returned to CPA will not be refunded, and will not be returned afterwards.
• All Warranty & Returns require a Return Authorization Number.
• You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number, prior to shipping back any items.
• You must write your Return Authorization Number in clear large letters on the outside of the box.
• Returns with no Return Authorization Number in clear large letters on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
